RULES OF THE DRAW
The company GP LÍMITE ANDAMUR, S.L, with offices at CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS ANDAMURCALLE MANUEL JÓDAR MARTÍNEZ, POL. INDUSTRIAL SAPRELORCA. 30817 LORCA (MURCIA), SPAIN, with Spanish tax code CIF B-30424162, as part of its Recipes on the Road Campaign, is organising the Recipes on the Road Challenge, whose participants may enter the Draw for a Pack of Cooking Utensils for Trucks.
The challenge is open to anyone over the age of 18 who takes the following steps:
- Follow the Instagram @andamureurope or Facebook @Andamur social media accounts
- Prepare one of our recipes, show us the result (story or photo of the finished dish) and tag Andamur on one of the aforementioned social media profiles
- Add the hashtag #RetoRecetasEnRuta
Entrants may participate from 6 May to 2 June 2024. On 3 June, the draw for the Cooking Pack for trucks will be held among all the entrants who have met all the necessary requirements, and the winner will be announced on social media. Only one entry may be made per person.

The cooking pack for trucks contains the following:

MECHANICS OF THE DRAW
Anyone who participates in the Recipes on the Road Challenge who is over 18 years of age and who follows the following steps may enter the draw:
- Follow the Instagram @andamureurope or Facebook @Andamur social media accounts
- Prepare one of our recipes, show us the result (story or photo of the finished dish) and tag Andamur on one of the aforementioned social media profiles
- Add the hashtag #RecipesOnTheRoadChallenge
The draw will be held on 3 June using an online application among all entrants who have met all the necessary requirements, using the entrants’ social media profile field.
The winner will be decided at random through an Internet application that will perform the draw digitally.
The winner will be contacted via social media and informed personally by direct message on Instagram or Facebook by a member of the Andamur team, indicating the Andamur service area where the prize can be collected from.
The prize consists of a pack of kitchen utensils for trucks.
There will be a single winner.
A minimum of 15 entrants in total will be required for the draw to go ahead.
Only one entry may be made per person.
Upon receiving the pack, the winner must send us a photo of themselves with the prize and give us their consent to publish it on social media.
*Grupo Andamur staff and their immediate family members will not be able to enter the draw.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules.
The participant is required to read and understand the rules in order to participate in the draw.
The organising company reserves the right to justifiably disqualify any participant who commits fraud or hinders or impedes the good functioning and normal course and regulation of this draw, as well as the resolution of any issue arising from this promotional activity.
GP LÍMITE ANDAMUR S.L. is responsible for the data collected based on the legitimate interest and informed consent of the interested party and will handle it for the purpose of managing the draw, publishing the winners on the company’s website and social media, as well as sending information and promotions to the participants entered in the draw through the contact methods provided. It will be kept for as long as these purposes exist, and it will not be passed on to third parties except as legally provided. The interested party may revoke their consent at any time, as well as request access, correction or deletion of the data. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with current regulations on data protection, the data provided when completing the survey to participate in the contest are mandatory and will be used by GP LÍMITE ANDAMUR, S.L. (Andamur) as the data controller to manage the participation of interested parties in the draw, to publish the winners on Andamur’s website and social media profiles, as well as to send information about Andamur’s services and offers via the requested mediums. The winner will be announced on these platforms.
The winner is therefore required to provide informed consent for the assignment and use of their image as an indispensable condition to receive the prize. Authorising Andamur to publish photographs and videos of the prize-giving on the aforementioned media (website and social media).
Andamur will handle the data exclusively for these purposes and will not pass it on to third parties, keeping it until the interested party declares otherwise or there is legal provision for keeping it. The interested party may revoke their consent, as well as request access, correction, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition in the terms legally provided, by writing to comunicacion@andamur.com, without the revocation of consent entailing that the data handling is illegal before it is withdrawn.
In any case Andamur has implemented a strict privacy and data protection policy having implemented the technical and organisational security measures as required by current regulations aimed at ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information.
