Within the framework of the imminent collaboration agreement between Andamur and the Ecole Supérieure des Industries Textiles et de la Confection (ESITH) in Casablanca, Morocco, the presentation of WOW (Women On The Way), our initiative to promote gender equality in the transport sector, took place last Tuesday, November 26.
The event, jointly organized by Andamur and ESITH, brought together professionals from the transport and logistics sectors, specialized media, and students from various disciplines of the institution. It was a meeting that marked the beginning of a strategic collaboration whose main objective is to facilitate professional internships for ESITH students in our company in Spain.
During the event, Andamur presented itself as an official partner of ESITH, highlighting its commitment to the training and professional development of young talent. In addition, Andamur presented WOW, Women On The Way, a movement that seeks to make visible and empower women in the transport sector, promoting a more inclusive and diverse environment.
We counted with the participation of leading women in the industry, who shared their experiences and vision through a dynamic and inspiring round table:
AMAL RANNANE – Truck driver at FTA (Trans Atlantic).
GHITA BENAZOUZ – Transport and logistics consultant and former transport manager at Barid al Maghrib Group.
Awatif BOURA – Branch manager at Fret Service Rood.
SAFAA MESSAFI – Senior Commercial Representative of Romeo Group.
Loubna JARFI – Student at Esith of industrial engineering specialized in international logistics.

Attendees participated actively, asking questions, sharing reflections and enjoying an interactive activity with a raffle. The event culminated with a fraternal meal at the Sky 28 restaurant of the Kenzi Tower Hotel, where we celebrated the success of this initiative with our guests.
For Andamur, it has been an honor to present for the first time in Morocco WOW, Women On The Way, in such a prestigious center committed to the development of professional skills as ESITH.
Committed to gender equality and the strengthening of relationships in the Moroccan market, Andamur is committed to the training of future leaders in the sector.
