The project envisages creating two new secure lorry parks, improving two existing ones and obtaining gold-level certification for all of them under the EU parking standard. This means adding more than 500 new spaces to Andamur’s current secure parking offering.

We are continuing our work to develop infrastructure that offers the highest security levels with the new construction of the Andamur La Junquera-Llers (Girona) and San Román (Álava) parking areas, adding 248 and 93 spaces respectively to the European Union’s secure parking stock. We will also work on improving our existing parking areas such as those located in La Junquera and Guarromán.
Andamur La Junquera is Andamur’s flagship service area, offering a wide range of services to meet drivers’ needs during their breaks: a restaurant, shop, supermarket, laundry, showers, gym and the first haulier training school. Its secure parking is one of the most in-demand services with a total of 105 parking spaces for lorries that will be improved to gold level under EU standards.
Our Andamur La Junquera-Llers Service Area currently has 36 multi-product lanes allowing the supply of several products at the same time, reducing waiting and refuelling times. Andamur La Junquera-Llers will have secure parking for trucks with a total of 248 spaces certified to GOLD level under the EU parking standard.
The Andamur San Román Service Area (Álava) is strategically located on the way out of Spain through the Basque Country, an ideal location for hauliers travelling to the rest of Europe from the Iberian Peninsula. It has a hotel, restaurant, laundry, showers, shop, gym and parking for trucks, among other services. All in all, it has all the products and services that its customers may need before crossing the border. These services are enhanced by the new Andamur San Román II Service Area, which includes the new Secure Parking with 100 truck parking spaces.
The Andamur Guarromán Service Area (Jaén) is located on the main route from Andalusia to Madrid, making it a strategic stopover for customers from the south of Spain and entering Europe through Morocco. Guarromán offers services such as a restaurant, laundry, showers, shop and ATM, etc. The secure lorry park has 67 spaces, which will also be improved to gold level under the EU standards.
